With its mellow old stone structure, the Old Farm House, with parts dating from the early 1500s, offers warm and spacious accommodation which is comfortably furnished with a welcoming atmosphere. The Old Farmhouse has a large private enclosed lawned garden and loads of parking.

NB - There are connecting doors between the Farmhouse and the Stable - so if both are booked the accommodation can be for up to 11.

With four bedrooms the Farmhouse can sleep up to 8 adults in comfort. A cot is standard (should there be a little one...) One double has en-suite shower/wc and is reached via separate staircase, then there are two doubles and one twin which are reached via the main staircase from the dining room. In addition to the ensuite shower room, there is a large family bathroom on the 1st floor for the 2 doubles & the twin bedrooms and there is a shower room on the ground floor with washbasin, wc and walk-in electric shower.

	The 4 bedrooms:    One double en-suite bedroom (photo left).    A further two double bedrooms & one twin bedroom.
	The kitchen has been refitted this year and has electric cooker, microwave over, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs seating 8. The main dining room (photo right)  has a dining table and chairs to seat the family, comfy sofa,  TV & inglenook with staircase to 1st floor.
	In the lounge there are sofas and additional seating, Open fire or coal effect electric stove, colour TV/DVD - with views over the front garden.
