Part of the same range of farm buildings, the Tackroom has the benefit of its own private lawned garden, complete with table, chairs and barbecue.

Downstairs is open-plan comprising sitting room, with a sofas & chairs and a 'living flame' electric fire for those cooler evenings. There is CD/radio + colour TV/VCR & DVD, The dining area seats the family  and the  recently refitted kitchen is well-equipped with electric double oven cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and a good range of crockery and cutlery.

There is a gravelled forecourt on the east side of the cottage, providing ample parking.
