Situated on a quiet lane, Ty Talcen is a comfortable and welcoming house, well furnished and equipped.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. Bedroom1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds.

The refurbished bathroom comprises of bath, WC and wash hand basin.

Steps lead down to a comfortable sitting room with sofas and chairs. There is a downstairs shower room with electric shower, wash hand basin and WC. A door leads outside to a paved area.

The kitchen / dining room was recently refitted and provides a light and airy environment with a high standard of equipment including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, conventional double oven and a hob.

Heating is by panel radiators and hot water by immersion heater; additionally there are night storage heaters for background warmth.
